Kronos is currently hiring for a Product Marketing Specialist. This is a challenging and broad-ranging role where the candidate will assist Kronos in driving growth within the small and midsized business market. The ideal candidate for this Product Marketing Specialist, must have strong critical thinking skills and be highly motivated.

Primary job responsibilities include developing content, sales tools and communications and assisting with developing and executing tradeshow and customer events. Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Collaborate with internal and external influencers and experts to produce new content for the web, demand generation and sales enablement. Creating infographics, white papers, and other content.
• Develop campaigns/programs/events and messaging in collaboration with corporate programs and field sales
• Assist in developing and executing programs to help support inside sales and business development teams
• Create easy to use and meaningful sales tools, prospecting scripts/emails, and presentations
• Utilize digital media strategies to manage content promotions
• Bring creative, new approaches to targeted marketing campaigns and messages that will help drive revenue
• Identify new ways to package and promote content to drive leads internally and externally via social media



• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or business administration
• 1-3 years enterprise software experience, preferably with experience in work study or internships
• Candidates must be analytical, curious, creative and detail oriented.
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills and an ability to work and collaborate cross-functionally
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively
• Self-starter who can identify problems and proactively suggest then execute solutions with minimal hands on supervision
• Ability to learn quickly and work at a quick pace with a results driven mentality
• Strong capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines to successful completion
• Knowledge of digital media and marketing to small or midsized businesses is a strong plus
