The EMEA Campaign Manager SMB is responsible for managing the marketing plan and campaigns for existing customers, driving retention and revenue generation across the region as well as driving lead generation and pipeline for new customers.


• Develop and execute a comprehensive lead generation/demand creation plan & budget for SMB prospects
• Provide subject matter expertise on executing digital marketing campaigns including social media platforms
• Leverage tools to accurately measure and report on effectiveness of lead generation campaigns
• Create, manage and accurately forecast the lead generation budget
• Utilize repeatable processes for lead generation and follow-up; provide effective and timely communications with lead development reps and sales teams as appropriate
• Execute the retention strategy and programme for SMB customers across the region working closely with Sales, Industry Marketing and Professional Services
• Build a positive, cooperative relationship within the marketing team and across internal functions including Sales and Industry Marketing and Professional Services
• Work closely with Global Marketing, Partners/ Event Manager and Content Manager
• As appropriate, use multiple means of marketing communication - email, direct mail, social media, blogs, website, etc.
• Leverage partners and manage vendor relationships to help maximize marketing budget, reach and ROI
• Work with the LDR (Lead Development Representative) team to ensure consistent and high-quality campaign follow-up to maximise lead generation
• Work with the sales team to understand how marketing can help move opportunities through the sales cycle (MOTF)


• BA/BS Preferred.
• A marketing certificate or degree is suggested and helpful but not essential.
• Proven field marketing experience (agency or client side)
• Proven success in planning, driving, and follow-up on marketing campaigns, including budget controls
• Experience of utilizing Digital marketing tools and techniques to drive brand awareness and develop pipeline opportunities
• Experience of working in software and services related business
• Ideally, you will be fluent in French and Dutch
