Description

Join us as a Marketing Programme Manager and you’ll be developing and executing marketing campaigns for an industry leader in the technology sector. This is an opportunity to develop a marketing strategy that will enable us to meet our revenue and performance targets, and directly contribute to our continued success and growth.

You’ll use multiple channels of communication to plan, implement and manage our most significant events, including our annual customer conference, industry vertical events, and industry round tables.

Planning:
• Work closely with the local executive and senior management team to develop the marketing strategy and quarterly marketing plans that will enable the UK to meet their quarterly and annual revenue and performance targets.

Demand Creation:
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns targeting existing customers and new business prospects
• Use pipeline data and campaign results to guide future marketing activity and maximising the ROI from the marketing budget
• As appropriate, use multiple means of marketing communication - email, direct mail, social media, blogs, website, etc.
• Work with the LDR (Lead Development Representative) team to ensure consistent and high quality campaign follow-up to maximise lead generation
• Work with the sales team to understand how marketing can help move opportunities through the sales cycle
• Develop and manage the production of marketing collateral, including: product brochures, white papers, case studies, datasheets, videos, etc.
• Own and manage the customer and prospect database pertinent to your division


Awareness:
• Manage the local PR agency and work with them to create and execute quarterly PR plans that are aligned to the demand creation objectives
• Work with the PR agency to develop thought leadership content that will drive media interest.

Events:
• Plan, implement and manage events, including our annual customer conference, industry vertical events and industry roundtables.

Reporting:
• Produce quarterly marketing spend forecasts for finance and work closely with them to manage monthly marketing expenditure
• Produce monthly marketing reports showing executed campaigns activity, campaign results and planned activity.

Relationships and Communications
• Develop productive relationships with all departments – sales, LDRs, service, finance, HR and IT.

Qualifications

Education and Experience
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in the field
• Experience in developing and executing industry marketing campaigns for the technology sector
• Using multiple channels of communication, including web, email, social media and blogs.
• Desirable: CIM or other marketing qualifications.

Skills
• PC literate: including Microsoft Office, email fulfilment and CRM tools
• Copy writing
• Desirable: Marketing automation and content production solutions e.g. Eloqua, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop.
