Kronos has an opening for a Marketing Program Executive based in Bangalore/Mumbai, India reporting to Kronos India Director – Field & Industry Marketing. As an integral part of the regional marketing team, the person in this role will ideate, implement and support marketing programs as a key member of the regional marketing team. The role would entail integrated marketing initiatives, digital demand generation and lead cultivation, high touch and multi channel outreach, customer reference programs, case studies, webinars, events and creating industry specific content & whitepapers amongst other marketing activities. This position is focused on new business development within existing and emerging markets, and requires the successful candidate to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. The marketing program executive will also be expected to assist with and deliver information and reports in a timely manner on behalf of the regional marketing team.

• Planning, owning and delivering marketing campaigns that generate demand, promote solutions, raise services awareness and grow our brand equity and market share.
• Creation, execution and management of integrated digital/marketing campaigns from launch to landing including planning, content, landing page creation and lead management.
• Digital and email marketing development and distribution of content, metrics and reporting.
• Execution of events including invitation content and creative design, event promotion, registration and communications logistics and event management
• Develop and optimize marketing strategies that will drive engagement, satisfaction, loyalty and lifetime value with customers
• Develop communication for target customer segments and constantly evaluate effectiveness. Manage growth and overall health of loyalty customer database
• Conduct market research and competitive intelligence (3rd party databases on market and competitor flows, Co-creation partners and internal sales analysis) to develop a picture of the competitive landscape and to identify emerging client needs, distribution trends and market opportunities in the HCM space
• Identify and work with analyst firms to complete research reports and whitepapers
• Influencing industry analysts with positive company messages and success, that will lead to highly qualified business opportunities.
• Database marketing and management to maintain the integrity and effectiveness of the database
• Manage a Customer Reference Program – membership recruitment; educating sales and customers on the Program; tracking activity/credits, providing statements & monthly reporting;
• Support customer case study and reference creation in conjunction with PR agency
• Manage all collateral requirements – maintain a library of current marketing assets


• Bachelor's/masters degree in marketing, or equivalent
• B2B marketing experience in Enterprise software industry/passion for the sector/function (IT/HCM)
• Expertise in campaign and event execution
• Experience managing Analysts and PR firms to drive content
• Strong knowledge of marketing automation and CRM software - Eloqua and SFDC desirable
• Excellent understanding sales needs, customer’s buying cycle, demand generation and analysis
• Team player able to work across function and with sales teams
• A positive attitude, solid work ethic, good communication and writing skills
• Open to travel as 25%
