The Marketing Program Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of LATAM marketing programs for the global leader in workforce management software.

Key Responsibilities

•Create quarterly marketing plans in collaboration with the Head of LATAM Marketing and the local sales team
•Plans should be focused on generating awareness and demand creation

Demand Creation:
•Develop and implement marketing campaigns for new prospects and existing customers
•Work with the lead generation team to produce marketing and sales qualified leads
•Develop and manage the production of collateral to increase product awareness and build company brand, including monthly customer/prospect newsletters
•Own and manage customer and prospect databases
•Maintain Mexico and Brazil website and manage and update the content on a weekly basis
•Keep abreast of latest marketing methods
•Plan, implement and manage events from first idea to complete execution
•Help to manage the Social Selling agencies and create and execute quarterly Social Selling plans closely aligned to the demand creation and Public Relationship plans

Marketing ROI:
•Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing spend
•Work to a given budget, managing all financial aspects of campaigns and events

Relationships and Communications
•Develop productive relationships with revenue generating departments
•Manage marketing suppliers
•Develop cooperative relations with the Kronos International marketing team and the LATAM team


Education and Experience
•Relevant degree or equivalent experience in the field
•Experience of developing marketing campaigns
•Desirable: CIM or other marketing qualifications
•Must be bi-lingual both written and verbal in English and Spanish

•PC literate: including Microsoft Office, email and CRM tools
•Experience of managing web content and Social Selling (Linkedin and Facebook)
•Desirable: Marketing and automation solutions e.g. Eloqua
