Kronos is hiring a Marketing Content Analyst to join an exciting new Content Operations Team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring content is coordinated between industries for consistency and efficiency in development. This is a great opportunity to work on a trailblazing team and have the ability to work on wide-ranging responsibilities. The successful candidate will make a meaningful difference to the Kronos customer base, their employees, and to Kronos.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze usage and effectiveness metrics for all Industry Marketing SharePoint content through analytics and present findings to stakeholders
• Provide recommendations to the industry leads as to what content and style works best for their intended recipients
• Communicate findings effectively and convincingly
• Collaborate with many other teams throughout Kronos
• Work independently and cooperatively in teams, depending on the project

Qualifications

Required Skills
•Minimum 2 years of data management, data analysis and providing insights to stakeholders, ideally in a digitally savvy company
•Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics or similar required; MBA or other Master degree a plus
• Experience with business intelligence tools (Microsoft Power BI, MicroStrategy, Tableau, Qlik, Cognos, Spotfire, D3, etc.) including visualizations
• Experience with SQL, Python, or statistical processing languages (R, SAS, MATLAB)

Preferred Skills:
•Knowledge of mainstream marketing analytics tool, including Omniture/Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, SEO, and Salesforce, desired
• Knowledge of basic statistics preferred
• Experience with SharePoint preferred
