The Order Management Manager will provide subject matter expertise for the worldwide order management operation and serve as a liaison to the various cross functional teams (sales operations, logistics, credit, revenue recognition, legal and etc.). This position reports to the Director of Business Operations.

About the Job:
•Responsibility for the training, mentoring and coaching of the team with a scope of order management.
•Lead the team’s responsibility responsible for the booking of orders in compliance with the corporate policies and revenue recognition rules
•Ensure holds are removed and orders are processed in a timely manner. - Partners with Operations to determine areas of uncertainty and works to develop training and education programs
•Manage order processing team and address order processing issues of a technical or revenue recognition nature as well as operational issues
•Review workload to ensure orders are equally distributed amongst team members (especially at month and quarter end periods)
•Continue to identify and eliminate process inefficiencies and failure points within the Order Management workflows.
•Lead the team’s training in systems changes and enhancements in CPQ (SFDC), Oracle and additional software programs in place
•Lead relevant workforce management for the team including, time/attendance, scheduling, absence and leave management, performance management
•Drive continuous process improvements, define implement standardized and optimized workflows to support Finance and Order Management processes
•Proactively solicits ideas from Sales Operations and other teams to improve Order Management processes, guidelines and participates in updating the OM Knowledgebase
•Manage and lead special projects and drive them through to complete resolution.


•Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field
•5+ years leadership experience in Order Management or Finance
•Expertise in the customer master data functionality in ERP systems
•Competence in bookings management and revenue recognition requirements in the software industry
•Proficiency in export and trade compliance
•Strong knowledge in Oracle, (CPQ) and Microsoft Office applications
•Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
•Strong project management skills
•Ability to work through a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment without compromising work quality
•Strong leadership qualities with the ability to work independently and effectively communicate and partner with all levels of an organization
•Ability to support extended hours, particularly around month and quarter-end closes
