It’s time to move beyond the traditional recruiting/sourcing methods and think outside the box! If you would like to lead an experienced engineering recruiting team that is ready to transform the recruitment space with truly creative ways to attract, select and on-board top talent, then let’s talk!

• Manage a group of experienced professional recruiters. You will conduct in depth and meaningful performance and development discussions that regularly affect change; and recognize and reward appropriately.
• You will maintain expert knowledge of all current openings and manage capacity as needed.
• You will leverage metrics to identify best practices and areas of opportunity; and then champion and lead solutions accordingly.
• You will use cost and time effective strategic and recruiting practices that validate successful quality hires for Kronos.
• Partner with the BU Leaders and Managers & provide strategic guidance with external market input around building effective teams and create time bounds delivery strategies.

Additionally, specific project work we would like to accomplish this year include:

• Support the rollout of competency-based interviewing globally
• Cultivate a deeper understanding and value for data-driven insights and recommendations
• Identify opportunities to create/maintain pipelines of deep pools of talent for short and long term need
• We will seek to develop a best-in-class team with people, process and technology. We will constantly evaluate what’s working versus what’s not, understand its impact, and not be afraid to change.


An ideal candidate will possess:

• 8+ years of aggregate experience with 3 to 4 years of managing high performing corporate talent acquisition teams in a global dynamic company (technology company experience preferred). Exposure to having managed R&D recruiting needs would be a good to have. With strong leadership qualities.
• Ability to problem solve and influence at all levels of the organization
• Self-starter and the ability to work without direction
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
