It’s time to move beyond the traditional recruiting/sourcing methods and think outside the
box! If you would like to play a key role in the success of our EMEA business and help
transform the recruitment space with truly creative ways to attract, select and on-board top
talent, then let’s talk.

You’ll be hands on with day to day recruiting but will also be accountable for identifying,
developing and executing talent strategies and initiatives. You will lead a small team and
partner with colleagues around the world to be courageous and challenge the status-quo,
taking the appropriate risks that foster innovation.

As we continue our merger activities you will play a key role in bringing 2 legacy
organisations together and drive high standards for the team in EMEA, as well as being
instrumental in identifying, developing and executing local and global TA initiatives.
We are focused on developing forward thinking Talent Advisors that can constantly evolve
and look at new ways to do things. You should have a natural curiosity, seeking to evaluate
changes in the market and how we can best support the needs of the business.

You will have local expertise on resourcing in the EMEA region and you will be responsible
for driving the reputation of a team that delivers against the needs of a complex and growing
business. We are a data-driven team, and you will need to leverage metrics to identify areas
of opportunity; and then champion and lead solutions accordingly.

change.
We must work hard for every role and be creative with how we identify and attract talent.

Qualifications

To be successful and have an impact, you’ll need to demonstrate:
• Passion and pride in talent acquisition, with a desire to never stand still!
• Proven experience within an inhouse/corporate TA team
• A hands-on approach and a willingness to step in and help others
• A strong orientation towards process, ensuring adoption and adherence
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business priorities
• Ability to problem solve and influence at all levels of the organisation
• Self-starter and able to work with little direction
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Examples of introducing new and relevant recruitment and selection practices
• A collaborative working style, partnering with all HR disciplines in a global environment
