Kronos is seeking an experienced Professional Services Manager who thrives in a fast paced, collaborative environment. This position is responsible for strategizing, managing, and communicating highly visible projects and programs that will improve organizational infrastructure and support critical business initiatives. This position provides feedback and guidance to the various programs within the team, providing process considerations, improvements, change management, and more, with the aim of improving business results.
The role requires a strategic person who can build strong relationships and is highly functional in a dynamic and challenging environment. Must be able to manage conflict and tradeoffs and be able to quickly assess the impact of changes and risks to drive creative solutions.

• Provide strategy, perspective and priority to each of the programs within the team, marrying key organizational goals and timelines with deliverables.
• Own the high-level design and development of onboarding, talent development, release planning and other continually growing programs for roles across our Professional Services teams
• Partner with Professional Services to understand and prioritize requests; collaborate broadly to execute
• Work as both an individual contributor on key programs and also lead a team of dynamic program managers
• Contribute to role-based programs that cover product enablement and skills development
• Promote enablement programs via a cadence of effective and engaging communications - for employees, managers and executives
• Measure and report on business impact of enablement programs
• Help plan and execute the effective scaling of the Field Enablement organization
• Ensure team members have clear goals, resources required to meet their responsibilities, and a culture conducive to collaboration, agility, innovation, and personal/career growth
• Mentor the team on what makes for compelling content, engaging graphics and overall successful sharing of ideas and insights. Lend a shrewd eye to distilling impactful messages and strategies – progress the organization from “what’s interesting” to “what matters”
• Provide innovative ways to deliver process-oriented, technical and business solution

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience scaling enablement in a fast-growing company, preferably SaaS
• Excellent stakeholder management capabilities across multiple regional and global functions and multiple levels
• High energy, charismatic, and innovative with a sense of urgency
• Able to move forward and deliver results in changing environments and under tight timelines
• Proven creative thinker that independently generates and executes on innovative ideas for how to engage learners
• Ability to make the complex simple, digestible and actionable
• Experience in the design of organizational processes and standards, experience in leading and facilitating group process, decision making and prioritization
• Experience in managing distributed team members
