Manager SWQA will be an active contributor to the overall Cloud Product Quality and timely delivery . She/he will be responsible technically and also at project front.

Additionally the role will be responsible for/to:
• Prioritize requirements and always have team working on priorities
• Regularly monitoring the status and taking corrective action
• Timely identification and mitigation of technical and non-technical risks
• Manage/Supervise team of 8-12 experienced software QAs
• Help team understanding the work assigned
• Eliminate impediments faced by team
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of modules
• Follow Kronos’ processes and practices
• Collaborate with counter parts at different location to understand team’s assignments and help team signing up for them
• Timely report the status to superiors and counter parts
• Schedule and attend 1-1 meetings with sub-ordinates
• Motivating, Mentoring and guiding the team to achieve assignments
• Participate in development plan and performance reviews of direct reports


• Bachelors in Computer Science/ Engineering, B.Tech/B.Sc in relevant domains
• Masters in similar stream preferred
• Good aggregates throughout academics
• Latest 3-4 yrs into People Management, Team Management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 11+ years of relevant industry experience
• 3+ years of hands on development experience desired
• Excellent on Testing, Automation tools
• Strong software development management background is desired
• Working knowledge of Microsoft technologies
• Able to work in an Agile/ Scrum mode
• Excellent people management skills
• Team mentoring, not an autocratic leader, open to ideas & allowing the team to take initiative
• Key skills include an ability to organize and motivate a team, analyze and resolve risks, execute a project plan and communicate status accurately
• A strong quality assurance management background is desired, with working knowledge of automation technologies.
