The Risk and Compliance Manager is responsible for developing a program that will assess business processes and internal controls, identify, measure, and manage risk to systems and services provided to UKG’s customers. The ideal candidate has prior experience or is familiar with SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) architecture, security, operations.

The Risk and Compliance Manager will work directly with stakeholders to help influence change and will collaborate with other internal departments and provide guidance to help mitigate risk to the organization. The Risk and Compliance Manager will lead a team and will be responsible for supporting and developing the growth of the team.

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and oversee the execution of a risk assessment program.
• Work with all levels of management to ensure risks are mitigated and make recommendations for business and process improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute internal assessment.
• Work with stakeholder to guide design of internal controls.
• Stay abreast of audit and risk best practices and trends to provide guidance to the team and the business.
• Measure performance of key controls and processes and prepared metrics and updates for management.
• Communicate results via clear, concise written reports and oral presentations.
• Manage, develop and support the growth of direct reports.
• Build strong relationships with the business and become a trusted advisor.


• 7-10 years of progressive experience in audit and risk management, with an emphasis on information systems, financial and process controls.
• Experience managing a team.
• Experience with audit frameworks (SOC1/SOC2, ISO27001/27002, COSO, COBIT, etc.).
• Organized, detail-oriented team player with analytical skills and the ability to prioritize daily work and support multiple initiatives simultaneously;
• Strong communication and presentations skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite product.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Relevant professional certifications preferred (CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, CIA).
