Knowledge Management plays an essential role in supporting the Field Enablement teams’ ability to deliver outstanding support for our internal customers. In this role, you will be optimizing knowledge capture operations and support, defining and running our end-to-end knowledge management processes, and playing a leadership role in coordinating with Field Enablement, Operations and Technology teams. Your team’s goal: to deliver the right information to the right person at the right time, and to act on that information to improve the Professional Services organization.

Knowledge Management Leader Responsibilities

• Defines knowledge strategy framework
• Works collaboratively with other Field Enablement teams to identify opportunities for inclusion and expertise
• Reviews plans/gaps/etc holistically across all domains, including product, process and role.
• Capable of flexing between strategic goals and tactical requirements and developing others to do the same.
• Sets priorities based on gaps in functional areas, aligned with Professional Services strategy
• Defines success measures and metrics; analyzes and presents findings regularly

Qualifications

• Experience in knowledge and content management strategies
• Ability to define frameworks, templates, and approaches to managing product domains and roles
• Experience with WFM and HCM software and deployment methodologies; Kronos experience a plus
• Knowledge of consumption metrics and measures
• Ability to work cross functionally
• Experience in developing newly-formed teams
• Proficiency in Salesforce, SharePoint, SmartSheet, and MS Office products
• Experience in Content Management and Learning Management systems a plus
