This position is responsible for providing support and day to day direction to a subset of the Information Security team. This will include intake of requests and inquiries from business partners, prioritization of day to day tasks, initial escalation for staff members and overall support of staff. Responsible for understanding the needs of key business partners while maintaining Kronos’ information security programs.

• Manage day to day task work for members of the Information Security, assigning work to team members and determining priority
• Act as an escalation point for team members, providing feedback and guidance for handling situations
• Provide review and feedback to staff members, helping to develop quality deliverables at an appropriate level for audience
• Provide professional development guidance to team members, coaching on areas of strength, opportunities for improvement and considerations for further development through training, on the job learning or professional certifications
• Provide regular updates to Information Security management, reporting on program achievements, successes, challenges and opportunities for improvement
• Identify and implement operational improvements to gain efficiencies and improve service delivery
• Liaise with all levels of the organization provide support assurance of information security and risk management programs
• Prepare and deliver monthly metric reports on Information Security program success and challenges
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management


• 7 – 10 years experience in IT, Information Security or related field
• 3 – 5 years managing teams of at least 5 individual contributors
• Experience developing junior team members
• Information Security or Risk Management experience preferable
• BS/BA degree in Business or Information Technology/Security related discipline or equivalent experience
• Ability to effectively and persuasively communicate in written and verbal form across all levels of the organization
• Must be an organized, detail oriented team player with the ability to prioritize daily work and support multiple initiatives simultaneously; strong communication and customer focus is required
• Ability to build relationships, drive consensus, and confidence in your actions are vital to success
