This position is responsible for managing our HR Shared Services organization that provides efficient and effective processing of administrative and operational tasks globally. The selected candidate will also:

• Build and manage resources who are responsible for increasing HRBP and CoE efficiency by centralizing, standardizing and streamlining administrative processes within the HR teams globally. This includes HRBP, HRSS US, L&D and C&B
• Manage the hiring, training, development and performance management of the Shared Services team. Ensure proper work distribution and quality of work. Serve as point person regarding problem escalation and resolution. Team works from 9 AM to Midnight across multiple shifts
• Partner with US Shared Services to ensure consistency in the administration of PAF processing, tuition reimbursement, employee event planning, contractor set-ups, PO/Invoice processing and Learning & Development administration etc
• Responsible for identifying and effecting continuous improvement and service delivery excellence opportunities using KPIs, Six Sigma techniques and Technology. Review, map and analyze current or new HR shared services processes and recommend improvements for increased efficiency and effectiveness
• Partner in implementation and delivery of new technology and systems

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in an HR shared services team with at least 3 years of people management responsibilities. MBA in Human Resources.
• Outstanding communication, inclusiveness and collaboration skills
• Experience as an innovative problem solver with a demonstrated commitment to operational excellence
• Experience in working in a global and matrixed organization
• Experience in servicing multi country clients
• Adapt at communicating across business and cultural barriers to ensure customer satisfaction
• Should possess HR Risk and Controls understanding
