The Marketing Manager EMEA, Enterprise is responsible for the development and delivery of the Enterprise Marketing Strategy for EMEA to achieve the company key business goals. The goal of marketing is to increase the Kronos brand awareness and consideration in the region and via sales pipeline generation activities, accelerate Kronos and Kronos’ key partners’ acquisition of new customers plus retain existing customers resulting in increased product adoption and market share in the region

• Develop and drive the EMEA Marketing strategy for the Enterprise sector in collaboration with Sales, Global Marketing and the Senior Leadership Team
• Lead the development and delivery of integrated regional marketing programmes targeting prospective end users and existing installed base customers – expanding the Kronos presence.
• Manage with sales, the lead management process and metrics achieving the targets for marketing contribution to the sales pipeline target
• Ensure the team uses all aspects of web marketing and social media tools to build communities that increase awareness and drive inbound enquiries
• Build relations and influence in order to leverage Corporate and other central marketing programs and deliverables within the region
• Ensure that the identified priority ‘vertical’ markets are supported with relevant marketing campaigns and resources
• Lead the retention strategy and programme for the Enterprise sector across the region.
• Research and analyse market trends, competitor products, and customer data and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
• Approve and oversee the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertising, social media, events and other marketing-related activities (working with the Content and Partner/Events Managers)
• Collaborate with Head of Marketing to develop and deliver local marketing programs that express advantages of our solutions to ensure overall marketing consistency in messaging and value proposition
• Manage the EMEA Enterprise Campaign Managers. Set goals and activities, mentor and development
• Proactively track details/requirements for program success and ROI analysis.
• Build productive relationships with all key stakeholders such as sales, professional services, channel partners and internal functions.
• Manage third party companies e.g. agencies where relevant
• Develop and deliver effective internal and external communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives and campaigns
• Work within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing activities, driving ROI.


• BA/BSc Degree
• Marketing degree/ qualification preferred
• Minimum 5-6 years’ experience in related sector
Desired Skills
• Demonstrable experience in marketing strategy development
• Proven experience in developing and executing high touch marketing campaigns for the technology sector. Manufacturing, Retail and Services industries experience would be beneficial.
• Experience of working with high energy sales teams – able to advise on Account Based Marketing strategies and set joint sales and marketing strategies
• Confident, energetic and an excellent communicator at senior level
• Very focused, high attention to detail and well organised
• Analytical and data driven
• Results driven and able to interpret and act upon detailed metrics and analysis
• PC literate: including Microsoft Office, email fulfilment and CRM tools. Knowledge of marketing automation solutions e.g. Eloqua would be a distinct advantage
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously but enjoys working in a dynamic team
• Experience of managing and mentoring a team
• Experience in a matrix structured organization (International environment)
