• Build and nurture a high-performance team focused on delivering high quality software that consistently delights its users.
• Work with the analytics architects and product owners to define and drive the strategic aims, goals and roadmap for analytics products.
• Lead the team in turning roadmaps into aggressive but realistic executable plans utilizing agile and test-driven development practices.
• Work with the architects and developers to ensure all performance requirements are not just met in a timely manner but exceeded.
• Work effectively and collaboratively with peers from product development and as well as with those from sister organizations such as cloud operations, technical support, sales and services.
• Keep current with new technological innovations as well as software leadership practices, to ensure that the team and product are always ahead of the competition.


• BE / B.Tech / MCA in Computer Science / Engineering or related discipline with 12+ years of experience in software engineering at minimum
• 5 years of experience in managing engineering teams at minimum and 5+ years of experience in Java and Saas based projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in Agile and continuous integration/deployment development practices
• Good understanding of Core Java, Spring, Monitoring & Analysis tools and techniques.
• Experience in Object-oriented analysis, design and programming, database modeling, etc.
• Experience using one or more ORM frameworks such as Hibernate/JPA and application frameworks such as Apache Spring.
• Expertise in Javascript, AJAX and other Java presentation technologies, SOA and Web Services.
• Experience with Unit Testing processes and tools (JUnit, Mockito, PowerMock, RestAssured etc.)
• Real-time analytics and stream processing development experience would be a plus
