This position is responsible for Kronos’ Cloud Contracts invoicing, revenue recognition and managing a team of Cloud Contract Administrators. This person has the ability to drive process improvements and keep pace with our growth while motivating the team to meet their goals and objectives. This role will partner with the Renewals team, Sales Operations and Credit & Collections ensuring we are providing our customers with world class customer service.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 9-10 Contract Administrators whose primary objective is to create contracts for entitlement tracking, invoicing and revenue recognition.
• Recommend and assist in the implementation of goals and objectives; hold the team accountable for meeting them while creating an environment that gives team members the ability to be successful.
• Implement approved policies and procedures; recommend, prepare, and implement policies pertaining to Cloud Contracts.
• Oversee the processing and management of all customer cloud transactions to maximize revenues while ensuring compliance with SOX, revenue recognition and customer contracts/amendments.
• .
• All Cloud contracts are processed accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner for monthly revenue recognition and invoicing schedule. – Contract Transactions include: Net New, Renewals, Rebills.
• Contracts are in compliance to the terms and conditions set forth in the customer agreement. Appropriate approvals are obtained prior to the contract being processed and contract meets standard revenue recognition guidelines
• Contract termination/credit requests in a timely manner
• Run monthly stats on requests, transactions processed, days to close, etc...
• Review and approve assigned Cloud contracts valued in excel of $100k (exclusions/additions may apply), assist other approvers as needed
• Act as liaison (as needed) between Sales, Credit & Collections, Sales Operations and KGS, providing support as needed
• Assist with managing customer escalations, working directly with our customers (external& internal) and cross-functionally (Sales, Renewals Team, etc…) on resolution ensuring all issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner
• Work with Finance and the Renewals management team to deliver regular (monthly, quarterly) recurring revenue forecasts and to identify specific patterns and/or areas of churn in the Cloud arena.
• Participate in business leadership meetings; developing and driving system strategies and programs to improve productivity and drive efficiencies.

• Oversee/Assist as needed with system changes and various projects within or outside the Contracts area


• Five plus years management experience
• Five plus years business/customer service experience within a hi-tech environment.
• Working knowledge of SaaS business/contracts’ management a
• Computer software skills preferred: Salesforce/CPQ, Oracle and Microsoft Office
• Effective oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Very detail oriented
• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
• Ability to exercise initiative and sound judgment in a variety of situations
• Business degree in Business Administration or Accounting required.
