Have you managed a business development team within professional services? If so, this might be for you!
In this role, you will lead a team of regional Service Architects that are focused on pre-sales for services opportunities working with Workforce Central (WFC) and Workforce Dimensions (WFD) products and Human Capital Management for Canada. The Manager, Service Architects will develop service strategies for the complex opportunity sets, including multi-national deployments and provide input that influences business outcomes. You will strategically position SaaS solutions and provide a clear long-term economic value for our customers. **This is a remote based position**

• Works closely and proactively with sales executives, sales managers, presales, and services (delivery) leadership teams
• Positions Professional Services in the sales cycle early to provide maximum value
• Develop and grow key relationships with Corporate, Sales, and Service Delivery partners especially at the Director and VP level
• Develop a high performing consultative team, focused on services selling
• Develop new tools and processes, new packages and service offerings, implementation approaches, and new methods for positioning and selling services to clients – drive these into the organization
• Contribute to the improved efficiency of the sales function by participating in the development and deployment of appropriate services sales tools/templates
• Partner with the UKG Sales organization and Services lines of business to pursue and close services and product opportunities
• Maintain/track pipeline to include critical sales and pipeline data on team’s opportunities using existing systems
• Increase the overall Margin and value of strategic deals through presenting and positioning creative service solutions
• Ability to drive solutions and strategies that directly contribute to winning the largest, most complex opportunities
• Drive the sales process to completion coordinating all Services resources and collateral such as proposals, SOW’s, RFP responses, etc. that directly contribute to winning the largest, most complex opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience and 8+ years of experience in a consultative and/or pre-sales role
• Strong leader, with demonstrated record of leading consulting team or practice
• Strong in process development with the ability to define the best methodologies
• Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams
• Demonstrates effective problem-solving skills
• Experience in developing multi-national customer pursuit and deployment strategies
• Strong customer-facing skills, including C-Level presentation abilities
• Demonstrates ability to manage several opportunities concurrently
