The Business Intelligence and Reporting Manager will lead a team of reporting analysts, developers and architects responsible for supporting, maintaining and enhancing the Enterprise Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence platforms. In addition, under your direct leadership, the team will be responsible providing input to the future BI and Reporting roadmap, ensuring that all solutions are flexible and scalable for evolving business needs. Working in conjunction with other IT Managers you will be accountable for ensuring technical and process integration along with collaboratively evaluating and evolving existing solution standards and IT processes.

Responsibilities include:
• Manage a team of 6 – 8 reporting analysts, developers, admins and architects
• Motivate team members to achieve team and individual goals
• Create an environment that enables peak performance from team members
• Primary escalation point for resource, work assignment, solution and/or technical issues
• Establish and enforce solution, development and deployment standards
• Ensure solution integrity through process and system integration with other teams, systems, solutions and process areas
• Ensure all reporting solutions support long-term Corporate goals while delivering maximum incremental short-term benefits
• Manage stakeholder relationships
• Participate in the work intake process
• Provide input to the IT portfolio and roadmap
• Ensure all IT process standards are followed
• Proactively recommend improvements for internal IT processes
• Regular review of existing analytics processes to identify best practices and opportunities for improvement


• 5 years of hands-on experience with large-scale projects involving Data Management, Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence
• Demonstrated understanding of BI methodology and technologies (strong technical backend experience with Oracle, Informatica, Cognos, Tableau, etc. is desired)
• Demonstrated ability to define and enforce data standards
• Proven track record of working successfully in a complex, highly integrated environment
• Working knowledge of leading-edge business intelligence best practices and concepts, e.g. predictive modelling, advanced analytics, etc.
• Experience leading a team of internal and external resources both onsite and in remote locations
• Extensive leadership and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Experience operating in a cloud/on-premise hybrid IT landscape
• Ability to build collaborative relationships among many diverse groups, working in various time zones, who are pursuing disparate goals – including Kronos upper management
• High degree of professional confidence and credibility with the presence and communication skills to represent IT-related concepts effectively with executive-level management.
• Thorough understanding of one or more of the following IT methodologies:
o Waterfall
o Agile
