UKG HRSD is currently looking for a Legal Intern to be based in our Stuttgart office. The Intern will join the Legal Team under the supervision of a Senior Legal Counsel, Central Europe and will also work closely with all the members of the Legal Team.


• Initial review and draft of NDAs, customers’ agreements, partners’ agreements, vendors’ agreements and related amendments;
• Assist in the initial draft of corporate secretary documents;
• Analyze and provide legal guidance on contracts to other members of Legal Team;
• Assist with various ad hoc legal questions;
• Review translations of legal documents;
• Legal research and legal watch.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
• French as a third language would be a plus.
• Passed successfully the intermediate examination (Zwischenprüfung) and/or looking for an internship in a company, as part of the Bar School program (the “PPI”).
• Curiosity, organization open-minded, adaptability, fast learner and excited by a dynamic environment.
• A strong desire to learn.
• Team player with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills - the work is often team based and requires one to be relationship oriented.
