The Technology, Operations, Product and Support (TOPS), Technical Training team at UKG is looking for a self-motivated, experienced Learning Program Manager who is passionate about making a difference through training. This Lowell, MA based individual will have a proven track record of designing and implementing impactful learning experiences for technical support audiences working in a SaaS environment. As a member of this team you will work with our Global Support leaders to develop holistic learning solutions that solve for their business problems.

• Work closely with Technical Training Manger to develop strategic training plans for a Global Support organization
• Collaborate globally with peers, team members (LPMs, IDs) and cross-functionally to design and develop holistic learning solutions that solve business problems
• Manage the full learning cycle including conducting needs analysis, execution, evaluation and reporting on effectiveness of learning solutions
• Design, develop, maintain, implement and monitor training programs for business partners, to be delivered through classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, online programs, conferences, and workshops
• Develop collaborative relationships with stakeholders and SMEs; provide training status reports, conducts retrospectives and looks for opportunities to improve learning
• Lead project/learning plans and develops effective communication plans to support the roll out of new technical training initiatives and programs
• May conduct training or develop instructional or reference content as necessary to ensure timely and accurate implementation of programs
• Utilize LMS to schedule, communicate, deploy, track and report on training programs
• Determines if external consultants or contractors will be required to complete the project plan and recruits and manages appropriate vendor resources


• BA/BS in Business, Communication, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Adult Learning/Education or related field preferred
• 4+ years learning and development/training role within a SaaS/Cloud environment
• 4+ years overall experience in learning and development/training, with experience designing and developing blended learning solutions, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Experience working with customer and product support teams strongly desired for this role
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and learning tools & technologies; ie Cornerstone and Articulate
• Strong knowledge of workforce management technologies
• Curriculum planning and learning project management experience
• Able to collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders in developing strategic learning plans while building relationships and collaborating with a network of subject matter experts (SMEs)
• Ability to link business decision to results, understands Return on Investment (ROI) of decisions/actions
• Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail, while meeting tight deadlines
• Dynamic and independent professional with extremely strong oral communication and presentation capabilities, in both virtual and face-to-face environments
• Innovative, creative, flexible, agile and a quick learner
