Kronos is hiring a Engineering Support Leas who requires customer focus, excellent written and verbal communication, organization and the ability to work both alone and as part of a team.

• Provide access and support to engineers in multiple geographies
• Troubleshoot technical issues in a variety of applications
• Liaison between engineering, cloud, and IT departments
• Triage support tickets and ensure they are responded to within stated SLAs
• Resolve Support tickets and assist other members as needed
• Coordinate with other geography support teams to hand off critical issues
• Track outages and root causes for all outages
• Facilitate and lead collaborative working sessions for issues blocking engineering
• Provide status updates on blocking issues to engineering on a regular basis
• Lead team on improving processes to reduce support requirements


• This role requires 5 years of support experience Or 5-7 years of engineering experience with a strong support mindset.
• Should demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills with Good technical and troubleshooting skills
• Must have Attention to detail and should be a highly motivated individual and a good team player
• Good to have Scripting experience
• Experience troubleshooting complex applications is a plus
• Experience with Google cloud deployments / Right scale / Redis, RabbitMQ, OpenAM will be an added advantage
• Nice to have experience in Jira, Confluence, VersionOne, Sonarqube, Blackduck, Checkmarx
