We are actively seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to partner with and support our professional services team. As the Financial Analyst, you will report to the Director of Finance for Professional Services and be a key liaison to Finance in planning and executing professional services initiatives, strategy, financial reporting and key business projects. We are seeking an enthusiastic, team player who will be responsible for extensive analysis using complex financial models that supports the transformation of the Professional Services organization to a SaaS business model. The financial models will be used to influence and drive key business decisions within Professional Services. The role will also be the main business partner to the Customer support and Customer Success organizations.

Other responsibilities:
• Define and measure business performance and metrics
• Responsible for synthesizing large data sets, identify trends and drivers, and translate them into insightful analysis for decision making in Professional Services organization
• Responsible for segmentation analysis for Professional Services
• Graph, chart and prepare quarterly operations packages
• Financial support: Forecast and budget preparation for Customer support and Customer success
• Ad Hoc financial analysis and complex modeling

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of financial analysis experience
• BA/BS Finance/Accounting preferred, or equivalent work experience required
• Demonstrated success in working in a team environment to address cross-function issues
• Proficient to advanced Excel modeling skills
• Knowledge of SaaS/Software/Technology
• Familiarity with SaaS KPIs
• Experience supporting Professional Services organization preferred but not required
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and changing environment with minimal direction
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-starter with a high degree of curiosity
