Our Lead Development Representatives are an integral part of our Sales team. They leverage strong prospecting and business development skills to generate incremental revenue opportunities for the Kronos Sales organization. In this position you will also work closely with Marketing to increase the number of qualified leads produced.
- Proactively identify and qualify business leads and generate new sales opportunities through aggressive prospecting, networking and follow-up to marketing campaigns
- Qualify leads thoroughly and document the information for the sales organization to assist in account development and market penetration efforts
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of Kronos and our products and solutions to enhance customer or prospects knowledge of Kronos and communicate the value of Kronos solution
- Maintains a high volume of daily outreach (number of outbound calls, personalized & well-written emails, social networking, etc) to increase the number of live conversations
- Document everything in our CRM and other productivity tools to ensure high quality data capture and smooth lead flow


- 3+ years previous experience in business development, prospecting and cold calling, sales and/or customer service required; preferably in a high technology (software) environment
- BA/BS preferred
- Excellent communication skills at the C-level both externally with customers and prospects, and internally with stakeholders & Kronites
- Highly effective skills in the following areas: problem solving, decision making organizational / time-management, as well as written and verbal
- Salesforce or other CRM experience
- High self-motivation, responsibility, and emotional flexibility to achieve results
