The Kronos marketing team is looking for a confident, motivated Lead Development Representative to join our team in Sydney.

In this exciting role your exceptional telephone skills, alongside your ability to start engaging business conversations and proven experience working with sales team, will enable you to qualify new business opportunities to drive sales ready leads and deliver a quality sales pipeline.

Responsibilities include:

Outbound calling to generate sales ready leads and qualify nett new opportunities
Leverage strong prospecting skills: identifying the correct decision maker within a prospect account and the ability to have a business discussion to determine their needs by asking discovery questions to qualify solution requirements,
Overcome common objections from prospects, using effective verbal communication skills, and progress conversations with a positive outcome, arranging sales appointments,
Actively manage engagement in defined target accounts and territories,
Strong interpersonal skills to start and maintain conversations with decision makers,
Highly self-motivated "doer" who is enthusiastic and results driven.

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will be delight in working in a fast paced environment, be passionate about SaaS solutions and have an excellent understanding of ANZ Small to Medium sized Businesses (SMB's), particularly in the Mid-Market.

You will possess:

Exceptional telephone manner, conversation and qualification skills,
Excellent understanding of a prospect/customer's buying signals/cycle,
B2B experience in software/SaaS solutions,
Experience in Customer Relationship Management systems (pref. Salesforce),
PC literate: including Microsoft suite,
Team player with able to work alongside sales and marketing,
A positive attitude, solid work ethic and passion for winning.
