Objectives of Role


•The key objective of this role is to generate ‘Sales Qualified Leads’ within target companies in our chosen market sectors, i.e. opportunities that meet defined qualification criteria.
•You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop account penetration strategies and campaigns, involving in-depth profiling in order to achieve the lead Development objectives of the company.
* This role can be based in either Munich, Germany or Bracknell, UK



Key Achievements


•Achieve 100% lead development targets
•Adhere to a defined lead development process
•Use CRM and marketing automation software to maintain accurate, up-to-date account records
•Meet the agreed call volumes/time target
•Generate interest in Kronos solutions within target prospects
•Support & encourage the sales team with their individual lead Development activities
•Follow up of marketing campaigns in an effective and timely manner

Responsibilities
Generate sales qualified leads

•To identify opportunities that meet a minimum qualification criteria through the use of telemarketing & direct marketing activities; telephone, email, direct mail, events, webinars etc.
•Follow-up on marketing lead campaigns, sales lead campaigns and your own campaigns.
•To maintain productive relationships with prospects, gathering key information to assist in the sales process.
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM

Profiling

•Undertake calls to profile and identify potential target companies/prospects
•Help maintain accurate information on companies and contacts in the CRM system

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:
•Experience in ‘Business to Business’ telemarketing preferably, in IT sector
• Fluent in either German, Dutch or French and English
•Expertise in managing phone conversations in order to qualify opportunities using the BANT criteria (Budget, Authority, Need and Timeframe)
•Outbound Sales Lead Development experience required
•Knowledge of the Manufacturing, Contract Services and/or Transport & Logistics sector will be desirable
•Good level of IT literacy and using business applications, including Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), is required.
•Experience of using CRM tools is desirable.
