Kronos is seeking a Lead Acceleration Specialist (LAS). This is an early career role where the candidate can learn and contribute to the sales and marketing efforts of an established high technology company in the Enterprise Software space. Lead Acceleration Specialists help create, nurture and maintain customer relationships. Lead Acceleration Specialists work closely with Marketing and Enterprise Sales Executives in a variety of ways.

Your main responsibilities will be

* Account profiling - The LAS will work with Sales Execs and Marketing to identify target prospects or to better understand existing customer environments
* Appointment setting - Potential activities could include phone or email based outreach, responding to in-bound inquiries, design and execution of targeted marketing campaigns, or invitation for meetings at events or trade shows
* Lead acceleration – The LAS will work at the direction of Sales Execs and Marketing to nurture relationships with customers and prospects

Lead Acceleration Specialists will gain significant experience in both selling and marketing in a successful high technology company.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need to have the following skills and/or experience

• University 4 year BA/BS degree or equivalent
• Motivation to develop a technology sales or marketing career
• Proficiency using Outlook & Microsoft Office: Strong PowerPoint & Excel skills
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
• Curious mind & desire to learn
• Process discipline & organizational skills
• Ability to create and write compelling messages
• Experience using Salesforce or CRM software
• Ability to develop and deliver presentations
