Join us as a Training Specialist to support our growing business, and you'll provide training in both a virtual classroom and a traditional classroom on our successful Kronos Workfroce Ready product to our global customers and Kronos teams.

You'll develop a thorough knowledge of our market positioning and product offering, and have the opportunity to ensure training is innovative, engaging and on the cutting edge of training technology.

Responsibilities include:
•Collaborating with peers and the Courseware Development team to develop and maintain courseware
•Gathering and clarifying requirements, presenting solutions and conveying value whilst managing expectations
•Apply adult learning principles in delivering classes
•Participate in the on-going refinement of team standards and processes
•Complete special projects as assigned by the Manager of Education Delivery
•Drive customer satisfaction through quality delivery processes


•Experience as a trainer in a similar environment
•Experience working with virtual classroom tools; Adobe Connect, Remote Desktop, GoToMeeting, and Storyline
•Experience working with adults in a classroom setting and applying adult learning theory
