This is an opportunity to help our customers master our market leading workforce management solutions, engaging them with crafted content that conveys ideas in an impactful and memorable way, teaching them to solve real business problems. A truly autonomous role, you’ll have the flexibility to work from home, one of our offices, or from a customer site.
Our content is delivered remotely, and your ability to work in teams or alone, influence changes, manage multiple commitments, demonstrate high attention to detail, and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this role.

1. Provide core Workforce Central product training to Kronos customers in face-to-face and remote learning settings, following standard lesson plans, using training aids and equipment designated in lesson plans
2. Ensure training is innovative, engaging and on the cutting edge of training technology
3. Achieve and maintain certification in specific courses as directed by management
4. Keep current on new products, industry trends, and customers training needs
5. Drive customer satisfaction through quality delivery processes
6. Apply adult learning principles in delivering classes
7. Tailor/Develop courseware as required to meet customer specifications
8. Collaborate with peers and the Courseware Development team to develop and maintain courseware to meet customer requirements


Ideally you’ll have:
• Experience as a systems trainer - delivering both face to face and virtual training
• Experience working with virtual classroom tools; working knowledge of Adobe Connect, Remote Desktop, and VMware is an advantage
• Experience with Kronos Products
• Broad knowledge of labour management, HR / Payroll, ERP, Scheduling, or similar domain product/systems
• Strong classroom management skills are required
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills, including the ability to gather and clarify requirements, present solutions and convey value, manage expectations, and deliver great customer care
• Cert IV in Training & Assessment or related qualification
