This is a newly created role in our region and an opportunity to provide User Adoption services to our customers.

You’ll apply previous change and project management experience to lead User Adoption projects, including organisational change management, instructor led delivery and content customisation services.

As part of our Global Education team, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues to consult, develop and define best practices when assisting Kronos customers with implementing Change Management solutions that could have potential impacts across their whole enterprise.

Responsibilities include:
• Building trusted relationships with clients and colleagues encouraging the embrace of User Adoption and Change Management services
• Partnering with customer sponsors and stakeholders to develop leadership, communication, training and reinforcement plans & deliverables through a Kronos implementation
• Leading a team of consultants across multiple user adoption projects and timelines, including the application of current Kronos best practices and methodologies
• Assigning and preparing project resources with necessary project-related information, ensuring understanding of project requirements, roles and responsibilities, work processes, and success criteria
• Assigning projects based on skill, experience, and availability; clearly communicate task priorities and help team members to adjust workload as needed
• Tracking and monitor all user adoption projects and engage as necessary to remove road blocks and ensure successful project delivery
• Partner with Sales and Service organizations providing support on all aspects of Education for the APAC region including assisting in User Adoption Selling activities
• Be a key member of the Global User Adoption team, being actively involved in improving business practices and innovating to meet the changing needs of a SaaS environment. This includes practicing risk taking as well as creating an environment where employees take risks

Qualifications

Ideally, you’ll have:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong background in complex Change projects as a Consultant or Senior Change Manager
• Consulting or other external client-facing experience
• Solid Team Leader and Stakeholder Management experience
• Experience and knowledge of Technological and Organisational Change
• Experience with Business Development and Client Relationship
