An opportunity to implement our market leading workforce management solution (Workforce Central) in customer environments. You'll strategically with the Sales and Service representatives to ensure a successful project, and excellent customer satisfaction.

Your ability to communicate ideas both verbally and in writing at all levels in the organisation alongside your skills at working across organisations, cultures, languages and resources to drive a solution forward will ensure your success in this role, and recognition within our profitable business.

• Provide an end-to-end process focus to ensure the solution achieves the client’s business goals. Lead the customer to design processes that align with the strengths and capabilities of the solution they have purchased.
• Provide oversight to ensure configuration work is meeting the design requirements
• Work closely with other resources on new client implementation, upgrade, and change order projects
• Prepared to be the Kronos lead in Client solution escalations working closely with Kronos PMs and Practice Managers
• Solution presenting
• Research application questions by setting up scenarios and testing the application.
• Analyse customer configurations and resolve or work around set up issues
• Provide significant transfer of product knowledge to our customers


• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience working with client/server and/or Web Based technologies
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience working with integration or implementations of Cloud based systems
• Excellent technical understanding of Operating Systems, networking technologies, software applications and communication protocols.
• Workforce management software applications implementation experience
• Consulting / customer interface experience
• Broad knowledge of labor management, HR / Payroll, ERP, or similar domain product/systems
• Travel up to 50% may be required
