This position is with the Kronos Research & Analysis Desk (KRAD), which is part of the Presales Solution Center.

About KRAD:
KRAD is a team of analysts that provide a service to Salespeople and Presales Consultants. Salespeople go to KRAD to get information on accounts, industries and specific executives that they are targeting in their sales cycles. Presales consultants go to KRAD to get support with quantitative analysis of data that they collect as part of special assignments such as Business Assessments.
KRAD produces mostly internal documents for use by other Kronos people. Occasionally they produce customer or prospect facing documents, or provide content for such documents.

What they “produce”:
• The KRAD Research Analyst produces briefings (written or podcasted) on accounts, industry segments and specific business issues that help Salespeople become more informed and effective in their deals.
• Typically these briefings are delivered in the early stages of a sales cycle and are most valuable and impactful during stages 0, 1 and 2.
• A typical briefing package for a salesperson seeking initial “intel” in advance of a first-meeting contact would include a written profile on the company he/she is visiting, its industry segment, and current key business issues experienced by that industry.
• This may also extend to include a profile of the company’s key executives, or specific areas of interest and issues nominated by the salesperson.

Qualifications

• Ability to work 15-20 hours part time throughout the year
• Student pursuing a 4-year degree in business or related field
• Excellent communication skills
• Good Time Management Skills
• Flexibility
