An opportunity to work across multiple geographies, cultures, and languages and become a critical focal point to our customers, ensuring successful implementations of our cutting-edge workforce management solutions.

You’ll work strategically with our representatives in each geography, using your understanding of the retail industry and deep domain experience to increase profitability and customer satisfaction –your success in this role will be visible across the highest levels of our business.

Responsibilities include:
• Understandingᅠcustomers business needs and ensuring that their designed projectᅠplan meets their requirements
• Leveraging earlier customer work to maintain continuity of process and configuration
• Preparing project plans/schedules, reports and budgets and reporting to Customers, Regional Retail Practice and Regional Sales Manager
• Monitoring project performance, ensuring technical, schedule, and budget goals are met or exceeded
• Preparing and supporting quarterly management reviews
• Managing escalated situations as proactively as possible
• Assigning tasks based on skills, experience, language, cultural fitᅠand availability; clearly communicating priorities and adjusting workloads accordingly

Qualifications

Ideally; you’ll have:

- Previous experience successfully managing projects implementing cloud based workforce management solutions in a retail environment
- Strong attention to detail as well as ability to function strategically
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership and communication skills
- Abilityᅠto identify and drive business development opportunities in existing account base
- Ability to travel for up to 50% of your time across different locations
