Job Responsibilities:
• Strong focus will be on program management, producing dashboards and reports, employee relations, career development and coordination with our HR Shared Services team.
• Coordination role for the HR programs and processes (performance, engagement, wellness) that drive results and build capabilities.
• Will provide HR consulting to some regional and functional client groups, with guidance from Senior HR Business Partner.
• Collaborate with Corporate HR Shared Services on employee relations issues, administrative processing, policies, benefits and employee coaching.
• Prepare regular metrics dashboard for the business. Understand through data the trends related to the people side of the organizations you support.


Skills/ Requirements FOR HRBP II:
• Minimum of 2 +years of experience in a HR Business Partner or Generalist role, with experience in, employee relations, performance management administration, and HR program coordination.
• Collaborative and customer-focused with ability to develop strong relationships within organization.
• Ability to respond rapidly to requests and follow through to ensure resolution.
• Organized and Adaptable – capable of working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a variety of priorities across multiple stakeholders
• Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal
• Ability to analyze data, provide reports and make recommendations.
• Ability to listen effectively, to select and use appropriate communication methods and to effectively present ideas and information.
• Detailed oriented and comfortable using a variety of systems and databases.
• Comfortable with changes to the status quo.
• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience preferred.
