Kronos is looking for a passionate developer with high volume web application experience to join our team responsible for Advanced Product Development. This individual needs to be able to deliver on the technical vision of the company and will work with clients, product managers, analysts, architects and engineers to plan, design, develop, test and implement WFM/HCM Solutions consistent with the business objective.
•Able to work quickly and autonomously on complex issues where analysis of use cases, situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors and involves investigating issues and code execution, potentially, across all levels of the application stack, from database to browser, including external libraries.
•Has an excellent understanding of programming and testing concepts, design patterns, and best practices, and can translate that understanding directly to implementations.
•Has a deep knowledge and stays on the forefront of all development languages and frameworks utilized by our applications (Java, JavaScript, SQL, CSS, Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
•Suggest methods and technologies to improve our applications and development practices.
•Member of an Agile Development Scrum team, may act as a Scrum Master/Technical Lead to drive the solution with other Developers, Product Managers and QA engineers.

Qualifications

The following core skills are required for success in this position:
• 8+ years of hands-on development experience with Full stack java based web development: SQL, Java, J2EE, MVC, JavaScript, ReactJS, HTML5, CSS, XML, application servers and web servers. Java based REST API.
• 3+ years working within a truly agile development team with Test-driven development experience
The ideal candidate will also have the following skills and experience:
• Experience building software in a continuous integration environment
• Experience in SaaS/Cloud application development, including an understanding of security concerns and multi-tenancy.
• Experience developing and deploying SaaS applications and services into production.
• Skilled at object-oriented analysis and design
