Workforce Ready (WFR) is an HCM suite of products built as a SaaS product from the ground up with a focus on the Small to Medium Sized Business sector. WFR’s rapid development pace and flexible platform are creating fans around the world and contributing to our ever-growing business.

The International Product Manager will be responsible for building key relationships with customers, sales and professional services within our key SMB markets (UK, France, Belgium, Netherlands and Australia). You will be working to gather product requirements for our international customers and be an advocate within the product management team to ensure international capabilities are built into the product roadmap.
• Product Development:
- Gathers data on new product ideas and evaluates them for financial and market potential.
- Works with product development on new products and current product enhancements ensuring achievement of strategic revenue objectives
- Plays proactive role in product planning and design to ensure the product is differentiated from competitors’
- Involved with product throughout all stages of life cycle (conception, definition, development, release and post-release activities)
- Manages contracts with outside suppliers of integrated components
- Sets criteria for beta sites to guide nominees from Industry Marketing, Sales and others
- Defines and manages vehicles for collecting customer feedback, including Customer Advisory Boards and focus groups
• Product Launch:
- Participates with product marketing and service planning in internal launch
- Participates in regional sales and service training
- Participates in sales situations to support marketing, including escalation of sales/service issues
- Works with employee education, sales, customer support and product support on positioning products, designing demos, developing training courses, etc.

• Understands customer needs and requirements, based on close customer interaction, including CABs and other advisory boards

• Anticipates and resolves customer issues through negotiation and leveraging a range of resources, working cross-functionally as necessary

Qualifications

• Ideally, you will have HCM/WFM product experience
• You must be able to quickly gain a detailed understanding of functional capabilities and limitations, user scenarios, and business value derived for a product(s) and how they intersect with other Kronos products and 3rd-party product adjacencies
• You have the ability to understand the underlying technologies and how they impact functional requirements, use cases and trade-off decisions
• Experience with International product lines would be beneficial
• Uses alternative ways of looking at issues or problems and when linking complex information to a solution. Analyses, plans and integrates concepts into a structured and rational process
• Makes complex ideas or situations clear, simple and/or understandable. Seeks input from others including colleagues in other departments to expand solution possibilities, especially those who are known for creative idea-generation. Values diversity when generating ideas
• Stays tuned to current research and technology. Identifies opportunities of small and large impact to do things more effectively. Encourages diverse perspectives into thought process Recognizes that informed risks are necessary for innovation and growth
• Able to negotiate, collaborate and influence cross-functionally regarding matters that have impact beyond their functional area
• Builds and nurtures relationships to drive collaboration and effectively manages strategic partnerships to accomplish business goals
