Integration Consultant, Kronos Incorporated, Lowell, MA

As a member of the Global Integration Team, will use business process engineering techniques to develop technical solutions and management processes to achieve overall objectives by means of implementing systems or enterprise wide solutions, using the company’s or a third-party’s hardware/software products. Develops and recommends solutions and strategies, based on the analysis of customer business goals, objectives, needs, and existing systems infrastructure. Specific duties include:

• Working closely with Project Managers and Integration Consultants, communicating and understanding goals required to complete required tasks on time and budget.
• Designing, developing, modifying, debugging and evaluating tools developed to aid the Professional Service Teams.
• Supporting development with tools and applications in other parts the professional services organization.
• Assisting Sales, Presales, or Services teams with integration discovery and scoping.
• Working in complex technology environments requiring a multi-product solution, as well as product integration, solutions.
• Performing scripting (standard statements, stored procedures, etc.) against a database to and from the integration product.

Qualifications

Position requires either a Bachelor’s degree (or an equivalent foreign degree) in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, IT or a closely related field and 5 years of experience as an Implementation Engineer or alternatively a Master’s degree (or an equivalent foreign degree) in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, IT or a closely related field and 3 years of experience as an Implementation Engineer. Must also have 3 years of experience (which can be gained concurrently with either experience requirement above) with the following:
• Implementation and integration of enterprise-level Human Capital Management software applications including Payroll and Time & Labor;
• Design, Build, Test, and Deploy Business Process Automation solutions;
• Design, Build, Test, and Deploy Integration solutions using Dell Boomi;
• Standard development languages/tools including specifically .NET, JAVA, VB, C++, C#, PHP, Postman, code repositories (SVN, BitBucket), Jira and Confluence;
• SQL and Oracle databases; and
• REST and SOAP services.

This is a telecommuting position that works from a home office with occasional travel to company headquarters in Lowell, MA. May reside anywhere in the United States.
