About the role:
As part of Integration Central, the Integration Consultant will work with implementation teams to provide support around integration requirements for the Kronos Full Suite. This is a highly integral role to the success of implementations with our key customers across the region (EMEA).
Responsibilities include:
• You will have to be able to communicate clearly and be able to interpret business requirements and turn them in to technical, scalable, solutions
• Work closely with Project Managers and Integration Lead (or be the team lead), communicating and understanding goals required to complete required tasks on time and budget
• Work in technology environments requiring a multi-product solution
• You will be required to work with and present to key stakeholders, articulating technical components in a non-technical manner
• Workforce Management industry experience is a distinct benefit


• Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
• Strong integration experience is required, ideally with Kronos solutions
• Expertise in SQL scripting and writing of stored procedures (MSSQL preferred)
• A background in development languages (.NET, JAVA, VB, C++) are a big plus
• Dell-Boomi experience a distinct advantage
• Be self-sufficient/motivated but be able to work as part of a team
• Ability to co-ordinate a team within a project
• Ability to translate requirements into working re-usable solutions
• Be consultative, and comfortable working with large organisations with and senior level stakeholders
• Demonstrate strong communication/consulting skills – written and verbal (internal and external facing)
• Additional European language(s), whilst not essential, would be beneficial
• Travel up to 25%
