Description

The Integration Consultant is responsible for creating solutions for global clients to meet their interface requirements with Kronos products. The development requirements include designing and ultimately creating complex and advanced integration. The successful candidate will lead development teams, act as an industry SME for the Kronos Workforce Dimensions platform, and own complex development projects.
Other responsibilities will include the following related tasks:
• Following development methods and leading development teams on complex projects
• Understanding the detailed requirements from the client and articulating client needs into development deliveries
• Act as an internal delegate for other Kronos internal departments including product management and engineering
• Mature development standards, tools and processes over time to better meet customer needs and internal measures

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field preferred
• 5+ yrs of industry experience, preferring the following: Dell Boomi and/or Kronos Integration Experience, Workforce Integration Manager (WIM)
• Expertise in Payroll/ HCM integrations
• Experience in creating interfaces for upstream/downstream applications
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent customer interfacing skills
• Travel up to 50%
