Description

As part of Integration Center, the Integration Consultant will work with implementation team to provide support around integration requirements for Kronos Workforce Ready.
• Resources will have to be able to communicate clearly and be able to read specs.
• Work closely with Project Managers and Integration Team Leader, communicating and understanding goals required to complete necessary tasks on time and budget.
• Work in fairly complex technology environments requiring a multi-product solution, as well as product integration solutions.
• The position ideally requires experience with Kronos or competitive products, providing some domain expertise.
• Must be comfortable linking database values to our integration module

Qualifications

•5+ experience of Integration experience
•Experience with vbscript, SQL and/or Oracle strongly desired
•Be self-sufficient/motivated but be able to work as part of a team
•Ability to translate requirements into working re-usable solutions
•Other development languages (.NET, JAVA, VB, C++) are a big plus for integration work for third party integration
•Development tools (for example source control, defect tracking tools, etc.)
•Be able to do Integration assessments for Interfaces for small projects
•Help improve the Integration process
•Demonstrated communication/consulting skills – written and verbal (internal and external facing)
•Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
•Ability to travel occasionally
