UKG is currently seeking a highly energetic and experienced Instructor for our fast-paced Learning Delivery team. The position requires a background in HCM/Payroll and/or HRIS. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in software applications training, with experience delivering in physical and virtual classroom settings.


Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct and monitor product training in both a virtual learning environment as well as in a traditional classroom setting.
• Maintain current in-depth knowledge of HR Services/UKG Pro functionality
• Apply learning delivery best practices to instruct a performance-based curriculum
• Participate in course development projects in the role of Subject Matter Expert/Reviewer
• Build and maintain strong peer relationships within the team and across the organization

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
● Experience in Human Capital Management software, Payroll, or technical is highly desired
● Bachelor’s Degree in related field, or comparable education and experience preferred
● Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp software concepts
● Excellent interpersonal skills
● Demonstrated public speaking and presentation skills
● Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative
● Well organized and able to manage time effectively
● Works effectively in a professional environment, virtually or in-person, with or without supervision
● Real interest in new technologies
● Experience in SaaS industry is a real plus
● Multilingual is a plus
