Description

This is a 6-month fixed term contract and is responsible for driving end to end sales in the French SMB market. Working with new and existing clients, with a short sales cycle you will be nurturing incoming enquiries through to customer negotiation and deal closing.
• You will work with existing customers to upsell and cross sell our cloud solutions whilst trying to build new customer opportunities
• Transform leads into productive business outcomes; manage and close existing deals while cultivating, qualifying and developing new opportunities
• Attract customers to events and webinars to help them understand our solutions
• Communicate high value of services over the competition;
• Able to obtain agreement from multiple parties throughout all stages of the sales cycle;
• Undertake additional responsibilities and respond to situations as they arise without supervision
• To ensure that SFDC and other sales and/or administrative tools are updated in a timely manner with accurate information.
• To gain agreement from customers wherever possible for reference visits, case studies and press releases to help further promote Kronos within the wider market
• To engage in other activities as appropriate that will help the team achieve its targets and more generally contribute to the overall success of Kronos EMEA.
• Maximise productive time in phone selling, web interaction selling, and e-mail communication
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects within customer, tying them all together with strategic vision and focus

Qualifications

• This role will be 70% inbound and 30% outbound so you must have an excellent telephone manner, together with a friendly and flexible approach and confidence in cold and warm calling.
• Ideally the successful candidate will have experience within Inside Sales or similar environment.
• To recognise that Kronos is quarterly driven and to focus on meeting individual quarterly targets.
• Able to identify key people to bring about change communication skills a necessity, as is the ability to communicate on all levels
• Sound processing skills in a computerised environment. Excel and Word essential
• Develop a network of contacts and target specific influential people to reach goals
• Fluent in French and English
