This Inside Sales Representative position requires the ability to successfully prospect for sales opportunities via telephone; located in Mexico City, in the IB territory of Kronos Mexico.
Additionally, one must be competent in developing and executing a winning sales strategy. This includes developing new opportunities in customers of IB; and expanding Kronos’ value products in the account.
The successful candidate should be able to use consultative selling skills to clearly understand customers’ business requirements and recommend the Kronos solutions that will solve their business issues.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
•Develops pipeline opportunities in IB customers while closing existing opportunities in IB
•Identifies and creates business needs with senior executive decision makers
•Creates and communicates the value of Kronos “cloud SW solutions” with clients
•Builds relationships at all levels within organizations
•Closes opportunities
•Develops individual account strategies to effectively penetrate accounts
•Develops thorough understanding of each account's industry and business
•Uses understanding of internal processes and resources to effectively execute the sales cycle


Education and/or Experience:
•Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
•Experience selling ERP, HR or Payroll application-oriented software cloud solutions
•Minimum 3 years with proven experience selling software solutions
•Verifiable track record of sales performance that consistently exceed sales quotas
•CRM application experience desired, preferably “SalesForce”
•Sales methodology experience required
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
•Effective time management and organizational skills
•Manage multiple tasks and effectively work in a collaborative/team environment
•Solid understanding of software sales cycle and customer satisfaction
•Strong collaboration and teaming management skills
