Description

An exciting new opportunity has arisen in Kronos to drive end to end new business sales in the UK SMB market of our Cloud product – WorkForce Ready. Sales cycles are of a 3-6 month period from creating and developing opportunities through to customer negotiation and deal closing in a pre-defined territory.

• Prospecting and cultivating opportunities on a regular basis to ensure productive business outcomes - manage and close existing deals
• Communicate and differentiate Kronos value over the competition
• Maximise productive time in phone selling, web interaction selling, and e-mail communication
• Able to obtain agreement from multiple parties throughout all stages of the sales cycle
• Adapt presentations to suit a particular audience; respond to objections successfully
• Undertake additional responsibilities and respond to situations as they arise without supervision
• To ensure that Salesforce CRM and other sales and/or administrative tools are updated in a timely manner with accurate information
• To gain agreement from customers wherever possible for reference visits, case studies and press releases to help further promote Kronos within the wider market
• To engage in other activities as appropriate that will help the team achieve its targets and more generally contribute to the overall success of Kronos UK
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects within customers, tying them all together with strategic vision and focus

Qualifications

• Excellent telephone manner and good communication skills are essential, the ability to communicate on all levels, together with a friendly and flexible approach.
• Experience within solution sales or similar environment and Confident in cold and warm calling
• Able to identify key people to bring about change
• Able to dvelop a network of contacts and target specific influential people to reach goals
• Able to fit in to a working atmosphere that is very much geared towards teamwork
• Can manage multiple tasks and effectively work in a collaborative/team environment and has a Flexible approach
• Creativity, initiative and a desire to continually seek improvement is a must
• Flexible hours required from time to time
