Join a team supporting Kronos' tremendous growth as a cloud provider. This position offers the opportunity to be exposed to all facets of information security and privacy, from compliance program development to policy and training. As a member of a team committed to overall data protection and its role in the company's continued success, the Information Security and Privacy Contracts Specialist is customer facing (internal and external) and highly visible. This role commands an energetic individual able to balance the dynamics of a high-paced sales team, customers with ever-increasing information security and privacy requirements, and protecting Kronos’ interest in committing to attainable information security and privacy terms.

Responsibilities
• Redline information security and privacy contract provisions proposed by Kronos prospects and customers; draft new language as offerings evolve.
• Work closely with Kronos Legal and Sales teams to strategize on more complex deals, protecting Kronos’ operational information security and privacy interests while facilitating the deal close.
• Work closely and consult with the team’s subject matter experts to develop and maintain understanding of cloud environments and associated service offerings.
• Develop contract language and “talking points” as Kronos offerings are developed or changed, working with project teams to understand impact to the sales cycle.
• Confidently discuss Kronos’ information security and privacy practices to prospects and customers such that the listener is assured that said practices will meet their requirements in a cloud provider.
• Exercise sound judgment in difficult negotiations, keeping the objective in mind, projecting competence, and maintaining a consistent level of professionalism.
• Liaise with all levels of the organization, including senior management, sales, customer-facing teams, and legal to inform and improve comprehension and appreciation of information security and privacy in a cloud deal.
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Business/Law or Information Technology/Security related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years related work experience in information security governance and/or related functions such as cloud/application information security development or support preferred.
• Experience in complex and challenging contract negotiations.
• Ability to effectively and persuasively communicate in written and verbal form across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to see the big picture, maintain composure, and protect the company’s interests in committing to attainable terms while supporting the deal in the middle of a pressure-filled sales cycle.
• Must be an organized, detail-oriented team player with the ability to prioritize daily work and support multiple initiatives simultaneously; strong communication and customer focus is required.
• Ability to build relationships, drive consensus, and confidence in your actions are vital to success .
• Ability to travel (limited travel).
