This position offers the opportunity to be exposed to all facets of information security, from compliance program development to policy and training. As a member of a team committed to overall data protection and its role in the company's continued success, the Information Security Engagement Coordinator is customer facing (internal and external) and highly visible. This role commands an energetic individual who is able to balance the dynamics of a high-paced sales team with the goal of getting our customers the information and assistance required to instill confidence in Kronos’ information security and risk management programs.

• Manage the work intake queue for the Information Security team; assigning tasks to subject matter experts and ensuring team SLA’s are achieved
• Provide front end support to internal and external customers including a global sales organization in support of customers’ vendor due diligence efforts
• Develop and maintain understanding of Kronos security and compliance programs as they relate to Kronos services
• Identify and implement operational improvements to gain efficiencies and improve service delivery
• Develop, maintain, and provide operational training and guidance to sales teams on information request procedures to help improve the customer’s experience during the sales cycle
• Liaise with all levels of the organization, including senior management, sales, customer support, and legal to provide support assurance of information security and risk management programs.
• Maintain and make improvements to customer documents and packaging concerning information security and risk management programs
• Prepare monthly metric reports on support activity
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management


• BS/BA degree in Business or Information Technology/Security related discipline or equivalent experience (minimum of 3-5 years related work experience in information security governance and/or related functions such as cloud/application information security development or customer support
• Ability to effectively and persuasively communicate in written and verbal form across all levels of the organization
• Ability to see the big picture, maintain composure, and keep the customer first in the middle of a pressure-filled sales cycle
• Must be an organized, detail oriented team player with the ability to prioritize daily work and support multiple initiatives simultaneously; strong communication and customer focus is required
• Ability to build relationships, drive consensus, and confidence in your actions are vital to success
