Kronos seeks a Public-Sector Industry Marketing Manager. This is a challenging and diverse action-oriented role in which the candidate will assist Kronos in driving growth in various segments of the Public-Sector market.

Ultimate Goal: Grow Revenue!

Sales Enablement
• Develop sales tools/resources including collateral, white papers, presentations,
• Support individual sales rep deal and/or prospect strategy including RFP
• Collaborate with sales leadership on revenue goals and commitments
• Communicate marketing efforts/direction through sales team calls and
meetings and attend and assist in select trade shows, conferences, and
• Messaging/Strategy- Research industry trends, statistics, and facts
• Create messaging based on themes/topics, personas, and sub-vertical
• Build relationships with external industry experts
• Work cross-functionally with internal departments including but not limited to:
sales, presales, services, creative, field marketing, corporate marketing, events,
corporate communications, and partners

Customer Advocacy
• Cultivate relationships with customers based on recommendations from sales,
services, and customer success team
• Interview and document customer’s experience with Kronos solutions through
phone interviews, in-person meetings, emails
• Promote customer stories through case studies, speaking opportunities, social
media and encourage customer networking with support of Kronos Community
portal and KronosWorks Annual User’s Conference

Thought leadership
• Identify opportunities where Kronos can be viewed as a thought leader and
forward-thinking customers can secure speaking engagements
• Participate in conferences, articles/blogs, and networking to further expand the
Kronos Public Sector brand
• Work with Corporate Communications on social media campaigns


• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing (or related)
• Experience working in or consulting to the Public Sector
• 9+ years of professional work experience
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills and an ability to
work and collaborate cross-functionally
• Self-starter who can identify problems and proactively suggest then execute
solutions with minimal hands on supervision
• Flexibility to travel 25%
