A 12 month fixed term opportunity to be at the forefront of executing campaigns for our market leading workforce management solutions. This highly visible role will require public speaking and strong presentation skills; alongside your ability to analyse market trends, translating them into actions through strategies, tactics and messages. Success in this role will directly influence the growth of the Asia Pacific region.

Responsibilities include:
• Developing a deep understanding of market; monitoring it constantly, performing insightful research, and making recommendations
• Creating annual marketing plans including program development and event strategy
• Developing the messaging for a variety of markets
• Assisting individual sales executives in preparing for prospect engagement
• Providing content for impactful training
• Developing easy to use and meaningful sales tools
• Assist with Request For Proposal (RFP) management
• Coordinate and maintain communication between local office and US corporate


Ideally you’ll have:

• Experience in the software industry
• A strong research background, and creative writing skills with an analytical focus
• Project management skills
• Professional presentation skills and ability to easily interact with customers and prospects
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word
• Self-confident professional image
• Independent and resourceful; requiring minimum supervision
• Ability to travel
