Description

· Work in a team environment remotely and at customer sites to implement and support products that Kronos sells to its customers
· Manage high level project plans in support of system implementations
· Configure software applications
· Conduct application orientation for customers and provide train-the-trainer training for the customer team.
· Consult with customers on system configuration, industry specific features and system processes and procedures
· Analyze customer configurations and think out of the box to resolve issues.
· Developing and documenting best practices
· Communicate with customers in a timely, professional manor and will escalate issues to their manager as necessary.
· Escalate product issues when all avenues of resolution are exhausted
· Escalate inhibitors to success, as necessary – personnel, scope changes, etc.
· Portray a positive, proactive and professional work ethic to the customer and the people he or she interacts with on a daily basis. Creating and maintaining Customer Satisfaction and reference ability of customers is a primary goal for the position.
· Look to enhance the effectiveness of the position by instilling into the work environment efficiencies and tools that can be used by Kronos to better sell and service

Qualifications

· BS/BA degree in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years related work experience.
· Minimum 3+ years in a client-facing roles
· Minimum of 2-4 Years’ experience in the implementation of software solutions.
· Experience in implementing web-based technologies preferred.
· Demonstrated communication skills – written and verbal
· Ability to explain complex concepts
· Ability to multi-task and handle a heavy work load while maintaining organization
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel
· Interpersonal skills, analytical mindset, technical product knowledge, and strong attention to detail are critical
· Able to be self-sufficient/motivated but be able to work as part of a team
· Effective time management skills
